Our Background
Personal Profile
Our journey in the insurance industry began in 2000 when my father started providing life and medical insurance services. My mother joined the agency in 2005, and I became a part of the team in 2008, focusing primarily on life insurance through the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). We also offer a range of other insurance products if our clients need them.
Together, as a family, we specialize in life insurance and mediclaim (health insurance), representing six top insurance companies: New India Assurance, United India Insurance, Tata AIG General Insurance, Aditya Birla, Care Health, and Star Health and Allied Insurance.

Our Mediclaim Services
We began our mediclaim journey with United India Insurance and later expanded to include New India Assurance, Star Health, Tata AIG, Aditya Birla, and Care Health, giving us a total of six top insurance partners. We currently manage over 500 mediclaim policies and settle more than 100 claims each year.
Our commitment to clients goes beyond just selling policies. We assist clients with premium payments, offering reminders and help with online or cheque payments. During claim processes, we guide them through cashless and reimbursement procedures and personally handle documentation after hospitalization. If any claim disputes arise, we also assist in resolving them with the insurance ombudsman.

At Maurya Insurance, our support doesn’t end with the sale. We ensure our clients never miss a premium payment by sending regular reminders and assisting with online payments or cheque collection. We also offer continuous after-sales service and have handled over ten death claims in the last 25 years, ensuring our clients and their families are always taken care of.
